Kandy, July 22, 2024 – Today, entrepreneurs from Kandy and Mathale Districts Coconut, Kithul, and Palmyra sectors converged at the Polgolla National Institute of Cooperative Development for a dedicated workshop aimed at boosting their export capabilities. Organized jointly by the Vidatha Unit, Ministry of Industry and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, the workshop featured an intensive program focusing on export audit, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy development.
The event commenced with an address by key organizers highlighting the importance of global market access for these traditional Sri Lankan industries. Participants, representing a spectrum of small to medium-sized enterprises, eagerly engaged in sessions led by Mr. Upul Dissanayake, principal trainer and consultant renowned for his expertise in export development.
